A National Award winner Chef Altamsh is known for his love, commitment and
passion for the culinary profession. He has established himself as a critically
acclaimed chef and has been honored with numerous awards and accolades. He
has risen from the rank of a Management Trainee to an Executive Chef in just a
span of 9 years. He became one of the youngest Executive chef of five star hotel
at the age of 28.
Chef Altamsh brings along an illustrious 11 years of professional experience in
the industry, and focuses on the highest quality ingredients, creativity on the
plate prepared with clockwise precision and abundant planning and execution.
He uses his creativity and expert culinary skills to create recipes that are not
only delicious ...and full of flavor and richness but tingle the taste buds of the
connoisseur. During his career of 11 plus years he has worked with Taj Group
Of Hotels, The Park Hotels, Oakwood Premier Prestige Bangalore and now
leads the culinary team at Hotel Sea Princess.
Chef Jerson Fernandes, Guinness World record holder and Executive Chef at Novotel
Mumbai Juhu Beach Hotel exemplifies the time-tested passion for his culinary
expertise. He started his career as a dish washer and grew up to the ranks of an
Executive Chef in just 12 years. Following graduation from IHM- Hyderabad, his
culinary journey began as a management trainee with Accor - Novotel Hyderabad
and Convention Centre. With confidence and resilience, he then whole-heartedly
embraced opportunities, spanning the P&O cruises, Taj Hotels, New York based
Berggruen (Keys) hotels, Ritz Carlton- Marriott Hotels and the Novotel Goa Dona

He was recognized by
the Chief Minister of Goa for his culinary contributions to the state and for promoting
Goa tourism through his culinary offerings in Dec 2020. He was recently awarded the
Best Executive Chef of India- 2021 by the Hotelier Indian awards at JW Marriott
Delhi on December 16 th , 2021 and later felicitated by the mayor of Mumbai on 27 th
December, 2021 for his culinary contributions to the city of Mumbai.
